What do I need to bring with me to take out a storage container?
We require only photographic ID and a recent utility bill for proof of address and one months payment upfront.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, credit or debit card, BACS banks transfer and standing orders.

Can I get electric connected to my container?
Yes, we can connect electricity to your container should you require it for your trade or work. This is available to those who rent outside workshop containers. There is a fee for this installation and a meter will be installed.

How much notice do I need to give?
One months notice is required, we just ask you to inform us at the earliest onc you know when you are leaving, please note we do not refund part weeks, only full weeks.

Do you include padlocks?
No, we do not include padlocks in our pricing. We do sell padlocks in our office or you can supply your own.

Are my goods insured?
Insurance is not included. You must insure your own goods but we have partnered with reputable insurance companies who specialise in the Storage sector, we will be happy to help on this.

Do you give a discount?
Yes, we do we give a discount for payments made in advance for 6 and 12 months.

What size containers do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes starting from 35 Square foot boxes to 40ft containers and 4000sq ft units. We also store motorbikes, cars, trailers, trucks and more!

Are your containers on the ground or first floor?
Currently all our containers are on the ground floor. This is a prime time for tradesmen who would require a ground floor workshop container. As soon as they are all rented we will move up to 1st floor containers, our staff will forklift your goods up to the first floor should you require it.

Do you offer removals?
Yes we offer this service, please call for more info.

When are your opening hours?
Our facility is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for those with outside containers.
Our office is open from 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9:30 to 4pm and 9:30am.
On site staff are available office hours only.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
We don't require any deposits we just require one months rent to pay in advance.

What is the minimum term?
We have no minimum contract term, we will only offer refunds on full unused
 weeks.

Do you offer a postal, parcel collection and drop off service?
Yes we do. We offer a postal service with a “suite” address for your container, this also includes parcels and other deliveries that may be  necessary for the daily running of your business. There is a charge for this service. Please ask for more information.
